Reward your child when he tries to finish school work, not just for good grades. You can give extra rewards for earning better grades. You'll feel better about yourself and your ADHD child knowing you've done the best you can for him or her.
Do you set a good example by showing your adhd student that the skills he is learning are an important part of the things he will do as an adult? Do you stay in touch with your child’s teacher?
